Snipe Service Providers

Snipe service providers place bids on auctions for you within seconds of the auction close. Instead of placing your bids directly with eBay or other auction sites, you place them through a snipe service provider. These sites store the information you submit until a few seconds before the end of the auction you are interested in. At that point, the service provider places a bid on your behalf.

The final bidding process works exactly the same way as if you placed the bid manually, so all bidding rules apply, including proxy bidding. The end result is your bid is placed at the last possible moment.
