Click here for help creating a 'me' page using your own HTML.

To create a ME page using one of eBay's templates:

• Go to this link (it opens in a new browser window):
  http://members.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?AboutMeLogin
• Sign in and you will be at this screen...

• Click on the 'Edit your page' button' to continue...
• You are now at Section 1 where you choose your editing options, either eBay's templates or your own HTML.

• Click on the radio button next to 'Use our eBay Step-by-Step Process' to use one of eBay's pre-formatted templates
• You are now on the 'Enter Page Content' page...

• From here you can personalize your layout (refer to the screen print above)
• Select different elements you'd like to include on your About Me page.
• You can choose any combination of elements.
• Any elements you do not want included on your page you can just leave blank.
• Paragraphs 1 and 2 can be written in the 'Standard' tabbed section to use eBay's text editor.
• If you want to use your own HTML code, you will need to selcted the 'Enter your own HTML code' tabbed section and work in that window.
• Once you have all elements filled in, click the 'Continue' button.

• You are now at Step 3: Preview your 'About me' page...
• Click the radio button next to the Page Layout you prefer.
• Preview how your page will look.
• If you want to try another layout, simply click the radio button next to it to preview your page again with the new layout.
• If you realize you want to make additional changes to your page, click the 'Back' button to edit your page content.
• Once you have your 'me' page exactly as you envisioned it, click the 'Submit' button.
• You will get a notice stating, "Your About Me Page is Ready for Sharing!" and a link to your new published page.
• Congratulations! You have created your very own 'About Me' page.

To create a ME page using your own HTML, follow these steps:

• Go to this link (it opens in a new browser window):
  http://members.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?AboutMeLogin
• Sign in and you will be at this screen...

• Click on the 'Edit your page' button' to continue...
• You are now at Section 1 where you choose your editing options, either eBay's templates or your own HTML.

• Click on the radio button next to 'Enter your own HTML code' to work with a blank page using your own HTML code.
• You are now on the 'Enter Page Content' page where you will see the HTML text editing window...

• Right click anywhere inside the editing window and 'Select All'
• Delete the HTML in the editing box and copy/paste your own HTML code in its place.
• Directly above the HTML editing window you will find a link to some 'me' page specific HTML tags you can use.

• Click the 'Continue' button
• You are now at Step 3: Preview & Submit your 'About me' page...

• Preview how your page will look.
• If you realize you want to make additional changes to your page, click the 'Back' button to edit your page content.
• Once you have your 'me' page exactly as you envisioned it, click the 'Submit' button.
• You will get a notice stating, "Your About Me Page is Ready for Sharing!" and a link to your new published page.
• Congratulations! You have created your very own 'About Me' page.
